Over the last few months, we’ve seen a rise in the number of people complaining about vapers being complete asswipes, irresponsibly blowing clouds everywhere. So, we decided to write a post on Vaping Etiquette to remind everyone on how to enjoy their vaping experience without annoying people.

There are 2 main factors that you should be taking note off when vaping, your location and the people around you.

Be mindful of where you are vaping

It’s pretty simple; do not vape where you can’t smoke. Although this seems to be  a pretty straightforward rule, a lot of people are missing the point and are still vaping even inside closed commercial establishments. Just to let everyone know, it isn’t cool, it’s goddamn annoying.

This means that you shouldn’t be vaping in these areas:

  • Malls
  • Airports
  • On the streets
  • Commercial establishments
  • Schools
  • Office (unless it’s The Vaping Brotherhood’s office of course)
  • Non-smoking areas in general

Stealth vaping on areas where you can’t vape isn’t good too. You might be thinking that you are a great cloudbender that’s able to hide all that vapor you’ve been producing, but if you get caught, you’ll surely annoy other people around you, which brings me to my next point:

Take the people around you in consideration

Although vaping and second hand vapor has no negative effect to the human body, not everyone understands that. You should be mindful of the people around you when vaping.

Even smokers wouldn’t understand you blowing clouds up their faces, and it would likely spark an argument. The point is, if there are people around you when you vape, make it to a point that you know if it’s alright with them or not and act accordingly. Defending yourself and enumerating the bad effects of smoking vs vaping wouldn’t make it acceptable either.

Vaping in front of your kid isn’t ideal too, and let me stress it out, IT’S NOT OK EVEN IF IT HAS NO EFFECT TO THE HUMAN BODY. Let’s face it, exposing kids to vaping at a very early age will most likely get them to try it. We shouldn’t be allowing kids to vape, not even try it.

You see, vaping etiquette isn’t really hard to memorize, since it mainly revolves around 2 things. Avoid being an irresponsible vaper.
