Geekvape’s Medusa RDTA 25mm is its latest addition to its family of RDTAs. Geekvape has kept on innovating its products, so its no surprise that it releases a new product once in a few months. The big question though, is this product worth all that hype?
The Medusa 25mm RDTA comes with a velocity-style deck that follows the basic RDTA concept. The tank holds 3 mL of e-liquid, which is slightly more than the average RDTA’s capacity.
After the success of the Griffin 25 Plus and the Avocado 24 though, I am a bit disappointed with the tank being opaque. Even CE5s that were primitive tanks were equipped with glass tanks, so this probably is a step back in technology unless you read the next paragraph.
Let’s look at the bright side though, since that e-juice tank is made of steel, you can put menthol and cinnamon flavors (which are well-known tank crackers) all you want. Also, a fall wouldn’t hurt it too much. This atomizer is sturdy as your town’s old firetruck .
The airflow holes are bigger than the Avocado 24, obviously because this is a bigger RDTA. Coupled with that 15mm wide bore drip tip, this tank is a beast in its category.
I’d give it plus points for the Ultem drip tip and the engravings. I love that translucent look and the brownish gold color. I love those snake stuff right there at the juice tank, and that logo looks so cool.
If you are willing to shell out a little bit more money though, you may want to opt for the Avocado 24 or a slightly more expensive Bushido RDTA Plus instead.
