The Iceman, the world’s biggest vape mod to date, has just been unveiled at the International Vapers Conference in Bangkok, Thailand by a new contender in the vape industry, SmartVape Co.
While this product has just been launched, it quickly gained recognition over the last few days and is generating quite a buzz.
This titan, weighing a whopping 11 kilograms (including the battery pack) is indeed the first and only massive vape mod.
The prototype looks a bit crude because the first version of the Iceman was made with 100% recycled materials to reduce carbon emissions. We are expecting a better design after it is mass-produced though.
It is the ultimate vaping mod and can produce a huge amount of clouds with very little to no ramp-up time. The secret? It’s 12V power source.
Multiple Power Sources
The Iceman runs on a 12-volt battery pack, from a solar panel, or from your wall outlet while charging your mod at the same time. This is the first ever true pass through technology. This is the only mod to date that allows you to vape from solar energy, thanks to the solar module that comes with the package.
External Charging Feature
The Iceman can charge other devices, whether it’s your smartphone, laptop, or even jumpstart your car when it’s charged enough. This is possible through an innovative power management chip that controls the device. Did we mention that it can also charge your phone in just 15 minutes?
Vape Sharing Technology
Sharing your vape and passing it to your friends may be the worst thing ever, but not if you have The Iceman. The Iceman comes packed with an adapter that lets up to 3 people vape on the device at the same time. 3-foot tubes and drip tips are sold separately, but a dozen of them are available on your first purchase.
XXXL-Tech Juice Tank
This device is so powerful that it completely vaporizes 10 ml of e-liquid in at least 10 minutes. The Iceman comes with a juice tank that carries up to 500 ml of e-liquid, which would be equivalent to around 16 hours of using the device non-stop.
True indeed, The Iceman’s features are promising. The only issue that we are seeing would be the portability. With a device this big and heavy, you won’t be able to carry it on your pocket or even take it around for a walk.
As Bert Wang, one of the minds behind The Iceman said:
“Every mod on the market is mobile. We wanted to create something that may not have this feature, but is packed with a load of better things. With the power of this mod, who cares about portability? Also, we designed this mod to be used in groups, mainly on vape shops, so we are not seeing any issues about it not being moved around easily, especially now that even vape mods get stolen at establishments.”
The Iceman truly is a work of art, but will it live up to our expectations? The prototype was hell awesome, and we are hoping to see this thing in action soon.
